Never had a problem getting a return call or getting someone to answer my calls. You have to get to know your team and get the extensions and emails.
I haven't ever had that problem. My mom has been going to two years.
It can be difficult to get someone on the phone and it "seems" like they have plenty of staff. I usually hit other options on the phone menu to try and get anyone from any department to answer, but that doesn't always work either. It may be even harder since covid, with everyone doing visits by phone.
