Don’t bother having your prescription faxed to this place prior to more than 10 minutes of time of arrival. The protocol is for staff to receive faxes and file any prescriptions however, they will just toss them resulting in the patient having to call their doctor’s office again for another script to be faxed. This place is in dire need of management and customer service.

Go to another location. This place is supposed to open at 0700 but the staff consistently arrives at 0710 and takes another 15 minutes getting situated and turning the computers on. The one staff member up front who typically calls people back is professional and on time but the other employees who work with her are unprofessional, late, and complain about the other staff members in front of patients.

Usually… like 3/5 times I come here it’s a pretty decent experience. But today is the second time I’ve had to come here today because I couldn’t wait any longer the first time. The staff is moving so slowly and I’ve had to wait for almost an hour just for routine blood work. I understand they may be short staffed but this is a bit ridiculous. The lady at the desk is very friendly, though. There’s about 20 people waiting for blood work and their check-in screen is broken. Each person who comes in to use it has to bring it to the attention of the front desk. Overall, I think this place needs a makeover.
