Why can't Pinecrest take care of the swampy sinkhole they call the 5th hole? I can't sit on my porch and look out on this algae swamp

Ray Carr there is a large hole where a pond use to be. Dead fish and you say no problem with 5th hole you can always move. You must be OK living on a toxic dump in the back of your house

Probably needs an environmental impact study
