Who can use this park? Do I have to be in Jackson Township or is Monroe County ok? I live in Henryville. It doesn't say on the website to get the permit.

I don't believe it would matter if you lived in Hawaii. Your dog needs to be licensed. Up to date on its shots. $25 gets you a key for the year.

My wife and I with our two dogs live in Monroe county and were able to fill out the form, go to the municipal building and pay to have access to the dog park. I’m almost certain as long as you prove residence of PA and within a few miles of the park you will approve access with the proper paperwork.
