The staff members in their needs some home training ,I am never going back into that store. You do not take the customer items thinking they are stealing ASK QUESTIONS FIRST ... the staff needs a talking too.

I went there to exchange a pair I just bought from a different location... they thought I went there to steal. The first associate said they don't have my size after waiting for 20min and the second associate I asked for help... looked at me and then walked away from me. Such a terrible customer service, right?
