Lace is terrible bought a frontal and it was grey sent pictures to customer service and they did nothing! I told them my stylist couldn't use it they said to find another stylist that would use grey lace. I asked for a new lace and they stop answering at that point.

I purposely placed this order for store pick up because her prom is in 3 days. My sister is a minor with no ID or dam money so of course I paid for the wig with my card. I get a call the morning im supposed to pick up the wig from the person working at the pick up location, she tells me I cannot pick up the wig for my sister even tho I placed the order. She then tells me my sister also CANT pick up the order because she doesn’t have valid state ID & she didnt pay for the wig with her own card. So the person who placed the order cant pick it up , the person whos name is on the order cant pick it up then maybe jesus can. My sister is a minor that I take care of Ofcourse I’m using my card & money to purchase her a 500$ wig. Horrible customer service if I could rate 0 stars I would
