Good luck if you can find a manager. I've never seen or talked to a manager in my Walmart. normally get a around from the employees. They cover each other's asses.

Best bet is to ho in during the day and talk face to face s the store manager

I don't know of any Walmart that's not busy. Management is not going to talk to anyone over the phone..if you want results, because im sure you are complaining about something, you should do it face to face.
