I took my CX-9 to have my 10inch GPS screen to be replace because it was cracking on one of the corners and my guarantee cover it.the dealer replaced it with a much smaller screen and told me that because of shipment issues they will have my original GPS screen size deliver and would replaced the much smaller one. After two and a half months they are telling me that they will not replace my GPS screen similar to the original one. Totally unacceptable totally unfair ,now I have a CX-9 Signature Mazda with the GPS screen of a CX-5. They gave me the run around for two and a half months and fail to do the right thing didn't honor their word. I don't trust them any more and I will discourage people from taking their vehicle to Lester Glen Mazda they don't honor their word. Totally irresponsible

The moment my spouse and I walked into Lester Glenn we were greeted by Kelly with a huge smile on her face! She introduced us to Gwen. Prior to taking a two hour drive from Philadelphia, we called because we saw they had a CX-50 in stock! We set up an appointment and when we arrived Gwen had the car waiting for us in front of the lot. Gwen was professional, a straight shooter, and has a heart of Gold. Gwen made it feel like we knew each-other for years! ❤️ She had us in & out within 3 hours from test driving the car and signing paperwork. Lester Glenn and Gwen saved the day. We put a down deposit on a CX-50 at a Mazda dealership in Philadelphia and they were the worst we waited 2 months and the car never showed up. Gwen and Lester Glenn have a new customers for life! Can’t wait to buy more cars from this dealership. Roy the manager was professional & friendly he came and introduced himself to us. Go to Lester Glenn and Ask from Gwen! You won’t be disappointed!
