Usually only service dogs.
I have had my very small Chihuahua in the basket seat with no issues, I have seen other equally small dogs as well as larger service dogs. I have even seen a non-working lab there on a short leash. No one has ever indicated to me that this was a problem.
Yes. They allow service dogs and look the other way with non service dogs.
That's disgusting. Put an animal in a food cart and bring it into a food store. It's also against health codes.
Yes they do ! I put mine in the cart with my own blankie. So his paws are secure. Nicest people in Walmart
