do y’all know how to reset a apple watch ? if you don’t know the email you had for it ?

I would think this procedure could be done without having to know your email address it should be some kind of master reset by docking the watch on the charging base and your internet connection plus your Bluetooth should be enough to send a signal to the watch. Otherwise one would assume that the wash has been stolen so that is why you can't remember the email. Which in that case I would want my device has to be protected by my email and password.
