Hi Shawn, we offer monthly rates which for 1-2 people are $425+lodgings tax. We offer long term rates which are $425 (no tax owed if stay is longer than 180 days). We do have some sites available. Call the office to see if we have something available that would meet your needs. We do have a fantastic laundry, onsite spa, popcorn daily in office, and a pool in the warmer months.
