Do all the rooms come with the balcony?

No there are some rooms without. Of course those that have them cost more

I stayed there twice once in North tower & just last wk in the south tower both had balconies...I believe the majority if not all have though

Some do and some don't. Mine did not have a balcony.

I can't verify all, but all that I saw do.
