How long should I expect to wait on hold for someone to answer the phone. So far it's been 15 minutes. Surely you have someone actually answering phones right?

When I called on Friday evening, I was given the option to enter my phone number to be called back instead of waiting on hold. They called back about 30 minutes later and answered the questions I had about reserving a bay.

Every single time I called I was on hold for at least the same amount of time I just always hung up. If you're looking to book reservations or stuff like that you can download the app and do it that way. Other then contacting them maybe try Facebook if they have a page.
