Each table is a half circle that seats around 7 or so people with the cooking surface in the middle. A chef comes to the table to cook the orders and entertain the guests at the table. The chef starts out with a brief flame on the cooking surface that flares nearly to the ceiling. The chef cracks jokes while cooking and may toss shrimp for guests to try to catch in their mouths. Small parties may be seated together to fill a table. I don't have recent info on pricing but plan on $25-$30 per person as far as I know.
It can seat up to ten and meals are between 20 n 40 bucks and its a 3 course meal with soup salad and entree where you pick either rice or noodles to go with the meat and it all gets cooked in front of you
