Is there Any way to get my car worked in,I've tried Several times to get it in there&my work schedule makes it hard to just drop it off.

I've called made appointments with them dropped car off after hrs hid key in gas door most times, never had a problem

Not unless you're a steady customer. Rarely can you get one in without an appointment.
