If u go on the weekend you dont need to pay meter parking.

If you are a veteran, you can request a one day permit from the staff to park for free in their designated permit parking on the East side of the building.

North side has parking right by Memorial. Chestnut onthe south side is blocked off and you can't park there. Meters take credit cards too.
