Are the trolleys open, as in no windows? Need to know so we come prepared for rain or cold.

All have roofs. Some are enclosed by windows similar to school bus windows. Others are open but they have clear heavy vinyl panels that can be rolled down for inclement weather

We were there in November and it was very comfortable.

I saw both, open and closed ones

They can be or they can be closed. We closed ours in the morning when it rained and then opened it in the afternoon.

Yep definitely open, but they have fold down plastic windows.
