I don't remember seeing a bike rack downtown, where the ticket sales are. But the Parthenon/ Centennial park has good free parking (for cars), and does have a bike rack iirc. There is a trolley stop next to the Parthenon. And if you buy tickets online or the previous day, you can hop on there and hop off downtown to start a fresh tour (which is what we did)
Unfortunately not. The Farmers Market (stop 7) does though. You could purchase your tickets in advance and ride there.
