per their website: For a tattoo a minor aged 16-18 can get a tattoo with parental consent and parent present at time of consultation & inking, & proper ID. Keep in mind not all artists will tattoo under age 18 clients. Piercings: Anyone under 18 must have parent present & parental consent. Piercing not age restricted but done on case by case consideration.
