Yep to everything David said, plus we are sanitizing all menus and surfaces in between customers. We also have NO common use condiments (s&p, ketchup caddies, hot sauce bottles etc...) and have replaced them with single use items. The bathrooms, and all door handles are sanitized several times a day. Honestly, we are doing everything we can think of!
Tables are spaced far apart and/or sectioned off if they are not to be used. All usable tables have sanitized placards when they're ready for use. Staff all wear masks, and customers are expected to as well when possible (I think. Maybe everyone there when I visited was simply being socially conscious)
