Just make a trip down there but you have to get there early
It's a great experience to see people still doing it the old fashion way. Not the best BBQ I ever had but was decent. The hipe set my expectations high and I was kinda disappointed. Bill's Low Country BBQ in Georgetown SC is the best in my opinion, other than Capital City in Aden NC which just burnt down.
I'm from Columbia when I'm in the mood for barbecue. I drive to Hemingway. Best damn barbecue around. I've been making the trip for 30 years. And the sauce. WOW!
Mail them a letter with $2.50 per bag plus don't forget to add sales tax which I believe is $0.05 Or either $0.075 cent on the dollar. Don't forget to include your return address. You will also need to include a prepaid shipping label and a container for them to ship the skins to you. Hemingway is a very small town and I don't even know if they have a post office so I doubt they're gonna put much effort into mailing out items to ppl.
