Yes they have a nice parking lot
Yes they have space but if it cost to park a boat, I don't know.
Pretty sure access fee is $5 per day. There is a box by the boat ramp. Lots of parking, but be sure to pay if you plan to leave your truck in the lot. Conservation checks the lot often on the weekends.

They have a boat launch with ample parking. I'm not sure if anybody would say anything about parking there or not
