I received a text from IDOT "Driver License Waiver" asking me to validate personal details including my Social Security Number. I did not fill out that information as I suspect it could be a phishing scheme. I am asking for your response.

It is a scam. IDOT does not use Driver's License or your SSN.

Scam. Secretary of State deals with driver license not IDOT . IDOT has nothing to do with driver licenses.
