Wear whatever makes you comfortable. You will see people in shorts, t-shirts with flip flops to people dressed to the nines.

Generally casual. It is not formal unless called for by a specific event.
Any decent casual clothes should be fine. There were even people there in jeans that didn't look out of place. "Southern casual" would work but not "beach casual"
Casual and comfortable. Many men wear suit coats with open collered shirts.. For women dresses pansuits shorts etc

Might be specific to the event but there wasn't one when we went to a tap dancing light show. We dressed up nice but not suit and tie event. Just a little classy for a night out. Leave the sweatshirt at home lol
