I agree with the others, i pushed my stroller up to the lake and although not really difficult it wasn't a smooth ride either. I recall climbing a little bit of hilly spots and having to get over some roots and rocks in a couple spots. You could probably get a wheelchair back there but it'll take a little work. Path really isn't that wide either.

There is one trai off the right of the parking lot that is wheal chair accessible. There is a sign at the entrance of the trail to guide you the right way and and this trail will take you to the lakes.

All the paths are dirt, but there is a fairly short one to the pond. I've pushed a stroller there, but it was a little work.
