If you have a prescription for nebulizer medicine can u get a nebulizer machine if you have Medicaid or do you have to have a note from a doctor to get it or can I just pick one up to use

I got the prescription filled at Walmart yesterday the doctor sent a note for me to get the equipment with the meds but Walmart only has the meds they told me go to y'all will y'all take the note that was sent in with the prescription
