They are open M-F and they give a lot of GOOD food! Best place ever! And they are very nice people who seem happy to help.

They also have mobile pantry assistance but you néed to check out their FB page as the location changes each month. Valid ID required.

Go to the Manna Cafe they will help you go every 30 days you need proof of where you live and i d I think that's it

You can go to Manna Cafe Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays you need to take your ID and proof of address and they'll give you a form to fill out to put your name and whoever else is going to be on there and there's that their information so security and stuff like that and they're open from 10 to 4 Monday Wednesday and Friday
