I've only been there once a few weeks ago, and I would say it's going to be extremely difficult for two reasons, first I remember there being steps At the lower level and secondly the sheer number of people... It's an old building, on three floors. There could be a service elevator that I didn't see. I found it difficult to get up there, and I'm classed as a fit 70 year old.😩
Not so much. In the back area they met in the front. I would certainly call them and find out
From what I remember, you can access the downstairs, but not the 2nd level. I do not believe there are any steps to access the first floor though.
