They are always super busy I don't think they reserve tables. But it's definitely worth going there.
I dont think they do reservations. tootsie's, from when I went, was insane. its 3 floors with 3 different bands on each floor. if you want to get a table I would suggest you get there somewhat early. you can always go on their website and/or call. honestly though I really dont think they do. their drinks are expensive. on the upside though it was definitely worth it. hope I helped! good luck!!
