I have a Son that attended this church for a year or more, he was fighting drug addiction. There seemed to be no one that took the time to befriend him and help him.. He is still fighting and wants to try this church again. Can you help him?

Shannon is right. Our Celebrate Recovery program would help him. He should come Friday night. It begins with dinner at 6. It’s free of charge. No need to call ahead. Just show up.

This is a forum of community folks. You need to call the church or go there and talk to the pastoral staff. My experience is that in a large church you (in this case your son) has to make the first move. Fill out a card requesting help, go over the church bulletin and find a small group or Bible Study that interests you (this is an opportunity to meet other church members and build friendships) or go to the church during the week and introduce yourself and ask if their is a staff member or a group that could help you Bottom line - you HAVE to make the first move. Otherwise you just get lost in the shuffle.

There is definitely a Celebrate Recovery group that meets at Beach Church regularly. That would be a great place to start.
