Had something similar happen on a brand new washer I purchased so I called the store and the store manager had the delivery driver stop by and reset it in a matter of seconds best customer service around
You will have to call the store to find out.I use Sears repair at 1 800 4my home .They have 24 7 repairs so will come whenever you want.Have the model number handy when you call.
