Why does the target in Alaska carry the soda Big Red but they dont here in Jacksonville NC ?

I think the red dye they use has been banned in most states.

I’ve noticed I can’t find Big Red anywhere here except Cracker Barrel.

Maybe it's a Northen thing? I've seen stores carry different merch or even have different names depending on what area of the U.S they are in.
