why does the Western Blvd store NOT have generator back up for at least the meat/produce dept. ? It is waste full, and very inconvenient to customers , ,and has to raise costs to the entire store.

Many Walmarts here in SE NC don't have back up generators including the store on Hwy 258. 🤨
