I doubt that a local guide is going to be a Walmart employee. You should voice your concern over answering the phone on the Walmart website. This is a Google Maps service and has no affiliation with Walmart and how they run their business. Lastly... We are volunteering to help answer relevant questions.

I don't go to marine Blvd a lot I only go to yopp rd or the one in richlanda

That I can't answer as I'm not an employee but I've never had a problem with Yopp Rd. I rarely go to the Marine Blvd location.

Ive never had any luck talking to anyone (a human that is) on the phone at any Wal Mart store
