For pets they use to idk about now but you might want to check oh and they have really bad spiders and they use to have bed bugs dont no about now but they did a lil min back ago

Recently the price has increased to $250 for a standard room, and $300 for an "above standard" room... Which is what i have... This is supposed to include a 2nd sink, a better shower, a ceiling fan, and dry wall instead of painted cinder-block walls. All rooms are supposed to have a bed, a dresser for clothes, no stove, maybe a hot-plate and microwave, and a small A /C. Electric, water, and free WIFI is included in the price. Basic cable should be included but my neighbor Only a few weeks ago the price for any of these rooms WAS $200. Which is more reasonable.
