No they don't but they sell Birds and pets expect dogs and cats... You can get Dogs from Stanislaus county Animals Shelter..

I've been a vendor for years. Sometimes there will be people selling dogs out of their car or out of a basket as they walk. Please consider animals in a shelter first tho.
