I love this store and it's staff! I have been coming to this location for 45 years (I even learned to drive on the street it's located on), and when it was closed for a year to remodel and add gas pumps, I was truly lost without it and worried it would be closed forever. Thank goodness it reopened with the same staff plus new people. They have a larger, beautiful new store with new soda/slurpees machines and everything, and the whole upgrade was well worth the wait! It's well-lit and parking is not usually a problem. Although in an area with a lot of homeless/panhandlers, the staff does a great job at keeping the grounds clean, safe & under control not letting the customers be harassed or bothered. The staff is always vigilant while still being respectful, kind and considerate to everyone.

I have been coming here for a very very long time even before they remodeled.. this morning i came to return some scratch tickets that I won on. Equaling to 75$ .. the worker only gave me $67 . First she said she can't give me cash for the ones that won "ticket" I said okay I'll take the (2) that where tickets which equaled to $6 .. which $67 + $6 doesn't even equal $75.. anyways .. she told me to wait in the back of the line . Yes she was busy so I did as she asked . Then when I got to the front she told me go to the back again!! I told her no I'm not doing that again my son has school it's not my fault the machine clearly says I won $75 what's the problem . She said she has been working for 711 for 12 years she knows how it works . What in the world does that have to do with anything ?!!!! I did win $75!! Anyways again that's not my whole point I just dropped it and just wanted to pay for my iced coffee and the worker just walks away to help the other costumer !!!! I told her I would like to pay for my coffee and she proceeded to tell me go to the back again . Who does that to a costumer !!?? If she can't handle it being busy maybe she shouldn't be working alone ! And if she supposedly worked there for 12 years how come she CANT COUNT OR FO HER JOB RIGHT OR EVEN TREAT HER costumers nicely! I was nice the whole time until I realized she was being so nice to everybody except for me. I'm so mad I also asked to speak to the manager and she just ignored me and I literally was watching people walk out the store without paying for there items. this lady did not care! I know people have bad days but everytime I go she's such a grump not a good look for costumer service 711!!;
