This restaurant has delivered food to me few times but very few times food I receive is clean. Filthy packaging, sauce stains on to go boxes w finger prints, spillage etc but this last time, it topped it off, fried cockroach sitting on top of my fried fish order, yuck!!! Called restaurant immediately, of course the Mgr for the nite stated it cannot be cuz they get pest treatments n I can get a replacement n store Mgr will call me next day. Nope no one called me back. Based on previous reviews from other people about cleanliness at this restaurant, stay away it clearly shows, they prepare your food unhygienically n sloppiness is prime!! Nasty, simply nasty unless u prefer unclean food intake. I'm regretting buying from them few times since I love Hawaiian BBQ 🙃

I asked if I can change the side to salad from cabbage a d the employee said they can. But when I got it there was no sauce None. So I told them there are no sauce and asked for sauce and they said they can give sauce because I switched to salad from cabbage. Even though I switched there was supposed to have sauce but they said they give. Why? Because they don't want to make sauce and too lazy. They all asked to manager and the manager decide that is more better to them no to customers. Dear Ono Hawaiian in Modesto Store Owner, The women manager doesn't have or try to have tenacity, courtesy, business mind to treat customers. If you think the better future, it's better to fire the women manager.

Don't even want to give 1 star. I called to ask if I can dine in after 9pm and the employee said we can because they close it at 10pm. And we have visit there a lot with my tour customers after 9pm and we have dine in before. But not this only! Sometime they allowed to dine in after 9pm but sometimes they don't even though the store isn't closed yet. If they want to close it early they close it because they don't want to clean the table until 10pm. The women manager who wear glasses she came out to excuse that they close it 9pm for dine in. Then why do they open it till 10pm for dine in sometimes? I'm no longer going to come here. I recommend not to come here. Never. Don't come

Pretty good food tho a bit expensive. I ne er gad the genuine article (Humaiian bbq) so I'm not sure how to compare. The place inside is dirty tho, sticky tables and floors everytime I visit.
