Why is it that the answers don't show, I'm looking around and I do not care to make a million phone calls to find out what the space rent would be here!
Currently about $750 a month (includes waste disposal) on the east side. but you pay separately for water and sewer(?). The west side of the park has garages rather than carports and costs a bit more. Nice park with pretty walking path and mature trees. Upkeep leaves a lot to be desired. We’re up on the spaces 99-103 cull du sac. It doesn’t feel like you’re on top of your neighbors. Thanks!
What is the range for space rent
There are different space rental prices. Park maintenance keeps up the park. The resident is responsible for there on space upkeep.
