If not busy why don't you answer the phone. I just came thru the drive thru and my order was honey bbq wings...you gave me spicy something. My 4 yr old tried it and is now crying cause her mouth is burnning....why won't you answer the phone.😡😠

Honest mistake... no one is perfect... orders sometimes get messed up... never happened to me at sonics

You definitely need to go back Sonic is still open right now they don't close until like 11 so I would definitely go back talk to the manager or shift leader whose ever on duty and let them know what's going on maybe something fell into the food or something causing the little girl's mouth to burn or hurt and you also need to find out what it could be also because you may need to call Poison Control Center and let them know just in case it was something more serious I have a little nephews and I want their mouths hurting from eating some wings or whatever it was chicken
