There is not a medicaid office located within the Union County (OH) Health Department. Medicaid benefits are issued through the Union County Department of Job & Family Services located at 940 London Ave, Marysville, Ohio 43040. We do not have a mental health evaluation clinic at the Union County (OH) Health Department. Please contact the Mental Health & Recovery Board of Union County or Mary Haven to get information on mental health services available within Union County, Ohio.

They do have a medicaid office but i do not believe they have a mental health evaluation clinic, i would reccomend checking maryhaven or asking your local physician. I hope this helps.
