They should not even call this place a balloon festival. Because it is not! What a disgrace. When the last band was playing they lite up three balloons for about thirty minutes. And that was the only time you even saw balloons while there. They should be ashamed of themselves!

Prices very high on food. Kid activities nominal especially for the price extra charge.

Depends on the weather. They plan at 6. When we went balloons took off at 7. There will be a slow moving traffic.
