The smaller pool with the diving boards is 12ft. The bigger pool with the slides is 4 1/2 FT deep. So yes easy to regain your bearings and standup
The smaller pool with the two shorter slides it is pretty deep not sure the feet though but the bigger pool with the two big slides isn't very deep. You can come down the slides regain your bearings and stand up in the water
