I literally found a kitten on my staircase. Do I have to pay if it’s not my kitten. I guess a surrender?

Think twice, Leah, sometimes God will send an Angel when you least expect it, and when you probably need it most.

I would send it to Cat Haven if you haven't already sent it to another place. Cat Haven will get it to a great home quickly and will take great care of it.

Leah, CAAWS is not an open intake facility and we do not charge when we accept animals into our programs. You can email us the information and an intake volunteer will be in touch with you. But we only pull animals when we have space. If you cannot keep it and a rescue will not take it then you can contact Companion Animal Alliance, they are the only open intake shelter in EBRP.
