Is it typical to go in to eat and be told they're so backed up they don't have room to cook food? Mind you this is a Sunday evening 7:45pm and only about 10 tables & 1 party of about 20. Explains why the drive thru has a parked car

I just walked out because line was so long and 1 person taking orders very slowly. Service has been bad for a long time. Not enough employees.

We had good service when we went. Must have been an anomaly. Try patience and empathy

We had a horrible experience there tonight, we arrived around 6pm. The food was good but the service was horrible !! The cashier made us wait for her to order her own personal food before we could even order. Our appetizer didnt get to the table until after our food. Not one server asked if we needed anything the entire time we were there when i asked her for the manager after waiting 30mins and him not coming i asked her again and she came and slammed a receipt on our table saying the money was refunded to our card. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional. The restaurant was a complete mess and other customers were cleaning off there tables throwing trash and napkins all over other tables. It was the worst restaurant experience we've ever had.
