I have been here for 2-1/2 years; it took me that long to get in. I absolutely love my new home. The staff, from upper management to maintenance and cleaning staff and also the entertainment staff; keep everything up beautiful and fix anything you need fixed ASAP. My children are very happy that I live here and love to visit me here. If you are not happy living here; then I will say it could be your fault!!

There is. It took about a year to hear back about a vacant room.
My aunt lived there in a one bedroom. I believe rent is determined by your income. Utilities are included. I think wifi is free. Cable TV is extra. As far as age, it may be as low as 50 or 55. Staff and tenants are very friendly!
Metairie Manor is well worth getting on the list. You can call and they will tell you if you are eligible. Nice rooms. Does not smell. Many activities.
Joe have look up in METAIRIE manor go by income but v yrself on list
Small animals are allowed.
I know there are efficiency apartments and one bedroom apartments. Unfurnished as far as I know. There is a waiting list and they go by your income. Not sure about square footage, but its pretty small compared to regular apartments. I think it's plenty big enough for one or two people. The living room and kitchen are one half of the apartment and very open. The bedroom and bathroom are the other half. There are two big closets, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. There is a big pantry in the kitchen and there are shelves in the bathroom. Not sure what the efficiency looks like. Hope this helps!
Small pets are fine, each resident is responsible for cleaning up after them. Plastic bags are in dispensers located around the green space.
