It isn't closed per say, but the ferry itself is down today (June 9, 2019) and through Tuesday. There is a shuttle bus running in it's place. The same rates apply. $2.00 each way. And the same time frame applies, though please consider that it isn't as timely since it has to drive over the bridge and fight traffic, not just flow across the river.
