Places like bourbon street, a slow song disrupts the energy of the crowd and causes people to leave. All cats meow does is karaoke every day, if people are listening to depressing karaoke they have no reason to stay at that point.
They don't do to much slow country there. Best to go there and look through list. Is one best places to go always have fun
They are limiting about slower stuff but if you are nice to the dj they will let you sing off list so long as it suits the format and they own it. They will not download songs illegally or plug in your phone though so don't ask.
