Such a good find! Really cheap on Spot Hero compared to other carparks and saved us a fortune rather than parking at our hotel. Very convenient location to many hotels + downtown area. Always open so you can come and go and there were plenty of sport available.

Driving back now so I don't know if they'll steal the card info or not but THIS LOT IS NOT SAFE! Both our cars were broken into Mon night. Two or three more Tue night, then a ton of break ins Wed night, then strangely no cars Thu night. They'll hire folks to clean up the glass but not watch to watch the lot while charging 40$ a day (plus tax!) for a parking space.

This is scam lot so travelers beware, trust the negative reviews. They have people booting cars for no reason and charging to unlock it which is scam to acquire your credit card info and wouldn’t accept cash…funny isn’t it.

I used Premium Parking because I have a large truck that is difficult to park downtown. When you set a time window to use the parking, they do not give you a credit if you do not use the entire time allotment, BUT if you are late, be prepared because you will receive a hefty ticket. I had a 3 hour time, which cost $18 but the ticket cost $65 (New Orleans Enforcement Department) for the 26:12 over. Premium Parking did send an email to alert me that my time was running out, and I could have gone online and paid for another session. Unfortunately in my instance, I was in a meeting that went late and I did not have access to my phone so lesson learned. There are plenty of parking garages in the downtown New Orleans area which you pay less than $10 for all day. I would recommend using them instead. The outrages parking enforcement of New Orleans is why most people avoid the city.
