I live right beside No . 3 there are no homeless ,and Catholic Cemetery Workers Trucks and workers are constantly taking care of perpetual care vaults . Very safe
I'm a tour guide I give tour there. No homeless. Its busy with all the tour busses coming to vist. You could go there and won't be bother
